Responsibilities:
Promote and maximize the content of Amphenol products in the CommAir Solutions (商用航空连接器);
Defend, maintain, and grow "Existing & New" business within Region, or set of Accounts ;
Creation of Annual Sales Plan for Region/Accounts;
Accountable for achieving Sales Plan within Region/Accounts;
Developing and managing customer relationships within Region/Accounts;
Creating & Executing Winning Customer Strategies;
Presentations, Technology Days/Forums;
Increase New Business Opportunities Pipeline;
Qualifying Opportunities & Submitting technical New Product Sales quote requests;
Increase Pipeline of Opportunities to grow Assignment.
Requirements:
5 years OEM sales experience, preferably in relevant CommAir markets(商用航空连接器), products, technologies & capabilities;
Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Marketing or mechanical or electrical or aerospace engineering;
Excellent communication & computer skills required;
Strong relationships and reputation;
Proven Ability to bring Value to Customers and Employer;
Results oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently out of home office; Excellent organizational skills, problem solving, and ability to multi-task.
